Service · AI adoption

Claude, set up for your team’s real work.

Your team already pays for AI, but most people still use it like a search box. We set up Claude projects with your company knowledge, a library of prompts for daily tasks, safe connections to your tools, and train the team on its own examples.

What problem does it solve?

Without a setup, every person starts from an empty chat: they paste the same context again and again, get generic answers and give up. Worse, nobody knows what is allowed to be pasted into AI, so either people avoid it or they paste things they should not.

A good setup fixes both. Shared projects hold the knowledge once, prompts turn repeat tasks into one click, connectors bring in the files and mail the work depends on, and a short policy says clearly what never goes into AI.

How it works, step by step

  1. Pick the tasks

We start from the team’s real work: replies to customers, offers, summaries, internal docs.

  2. Build projects

Claude projects loaded with your offers, procedures, price lists and tone of voice.

  3. Write the prompts

A library of ready prompts for daily tasks, tested on your own examples.

  4. Connect tools safely

Google Drive, Gmail or Calendar with sensible permissions; a custom MCP connector to your own system in the bigger package.

  5. Set the rules

A simple AI usage policy: what can go into AI, what never should, and who to ask.

  6. Train the team

Live online training on your examples, recorded for new hires.

What it does not do (and when a human steps in)

  • We do not buy licences for you. Claude plans are bought by your company; we help you pick the right one first.
  • No slide-deck training. Everything is shown on your own tasks.
  • No broad access by default. Connectors get only the permissions the tasks need.

What it connects to

  • Claude Team / Enterprise
  • Claude projects
  • Google Drive
  • Gmail
  • Google Calendar
  • MCP connectors

We connect only through official APIs and only to what we check during scoping. Product names are used to describe integrations.

How much does it cost?

From $250 for the basic package on Contra. Fixed price, agreed scope, no hourly surprises.

Bigger or custom scope? Send us two or three sentences about the process and we will reply with a fixed quote. Your AI model and API costs are paid directly by you, so you always see them.

How we work together

  1. Scope: a short call or a few messages. We agree what the agent does, what it connects to and what “done” means.
  2. Build at a fixed price: through Contra, with milestones you can review. We test on your real examples before handover.
  3. Handover: you get the code, the setup guide and the keys in your own accounts. Ongoing maintenance is optional and quoted separately.

Compliance and house rules

  • EU AI Act, Art. 4 (AI literacy): the training covers how to use the assistant and where its limits are.
  • Data: business privacy settings explained and configured; the usage policy says what never goes into AI.

What our claims are based on

We work with Claude every day: this site, our demos and our own app are built with Claude and Claude Code, and we published an MCP server for our app on npm. We only teach what we use ourselves.

Frequently asked questions

Do we need a paid Claude plan?

For a team, yes. We check which plan fits before you buy anything.

Claude or ChatGPT for a business?

Both are good. We specialise in Claude because we use it every day and know its projects, connectors and MCP well. If your team already uses ChatGPT, most of the rules and habits from the training carry over.

Is our data used to train the model?

We set up the account with the privacy options for business use and explain them in the training, so the team knows what happens with what they paste.

How much does a Claude setup cost?

From $250 for one project, 10 prompts and an hour of training; $550 for a team setup with connectors and a usage policy; $1,100 with a custom MCP connector and 30 days of support. Licences are paid by your company.
