AI customer support that knows your store and knows its limits.
We build support agents for Shopify and WooCommerce stores. The agent answers “where is my order?” and policy questions from your own data, introduces itself as AI, and passes refunds, complaints and anything unclear to your team with the full context.
What problem does it solve?
Most store support is the same twenty questions: order status, shipping times, sizes, returns. Answering them by hand eats hours every week, and customers who wait too long open a dispute or simply buy elsewhere.
Generic chatbots solve the wrong half of the problem. They answer fast but guess: a made-up delivery date or a refund promise outside your policy does damage in seconds. Our agent answers only from your data and stops where a decision belongs to a person.
How it works, step by step
Collect your sources
Shipping and returns policy, FAQ, size charts, product data and order status from Shopify or WooCommerce. Nothing outside these sources.
Introduce itself as AI
The first message says plainly that the customer is talking to an AI assistant (EU AI Act, Art. 50), with an easy way to reach a person.
Answer what it can prove
Order status, tracking links, policy answers, product questions. If the data is unclear, it says so instead of guessing.
Hand over the rest
Refunds, cancellations, complaints and anything emotional go to your team with a summary, so nobody has to ask the customer twice.
Alert you
Handovers can ping you on Telegram or Slack, so urgent cases do not wait in an inbox.
Test before launch
We run the agent against your real past messages before it talks to a single customer, and fix what it gets wrong.
What it does not do (and when a human steps in)
- It does not approve refunds, cancellations or payments. A person decides; the agent prepares the case.
- It does not invent dates, prices or policies. No data, no answer: the case goes to a human.
- It does not pretend to be a person. AI disclosure in the first message, always.
- It does not message customers on its own initiative. It answers when asked.
What it connects to
- Shopify
- WooCommerce
- Store chat widget
- Telegram
- Slack
- Carrier tracking
We connect only through official APIs and only to what we check during scoping. Product names are used to describe integrations.
How much does it cost?
From $450 for the basic package on Fiverr and Contra. Fixed price, agreed scope, no hourly surprises.
| Package | Price | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| Basic | $450 | FAQ agent on your website trained on your policies (shipping, returns, sizes), AI disclosure, handoff to email. |
| Standard | $1,100 | Basic plus live order status from Shopify or WooCommerce, alerts to Telegram or Slack, tested on 50 of your real messages. |
| Premium | $2,200 | Standard plus a returns workflow with human approval, a conversation log you can review and 30 days of fixes. |
Prices match our Fiverr packages; the same service is on Contra. The AI model usage is billed to your own account, and we estimate it for your message volume before you order.
Bigger or custom scope? Send us two or three sentences about the process and we will reply with a fixed quote. Your AI model and API costs are paid directly by you, so you always see them.
How we work together
- Scope: a short call or a few messages. We agree what the agent does, what it connects to and what “done” means.
- Build at a fixed price: through Fiverr and Contra, with milestones you can review. We test on your real examples before handover.
- Handover: you get the code, the setup guide and the keys in your own accounts. Ongoing maintenance is optional and quoted separately.
Compliance and house rules
- EU AI Act, Art. 50: the agent says it is AI in the first message.
- GDPR: a data processing agreement, only the customer data needed to answer, logs with limited retention.
- Human in the loop: refunds, cancellations and payments are approved by your team.
What our claims are based on
We have not deployed store support agents for clients yet, so we do not quote numbers like “X% of messages without a human”. That threshold is agreed after measuring your inbox and written into the scope.
What we can show: in our own app we built an in-app AI assistant and a support chat that sends the owner a Telegram alert when a human is needed. The assistant on our Polish site answers from our price list and hands over complete enquiries the same way.
Frequently asked questions
Does it work with Shopify and WooCommerce?
Yes. It reads orders and products through the official Shopify and WooCommerce APIs. Other platforms with an API are possible after a quick check.
Will customers know they are talking to AI?
Yes. The first message says it is an AI assistant, and customers can ask for a person at any time.
Can it process refunds?
No. It collects the details, checks them against your policy and hands the case to your team for approval. Money decisions stay with people.
What happens when it does not know the answer?
It says so and passes the conversation to a person with a short summary, instead of guessing.

Any language your customers write in that the model handles well, including English and Polish. We test the languages you need before launch.
