Service · technical SEO

Faster pages and clean indexing, fixed in code.

A decent PageSpeed score can still hide a slow site on real phones, and a pretty site can still be half-empty for Google. We measure, find the real causes and fix them in your Next.js or React code through pull requests you can review.

What problem does it solve?

Two problems hide behind “SEO is not working”. Speed: the largest image loads late, fonts and scripts block rendering, an effect repaints the page on every scroll frame on mid-range Android phones. Indexing: content that appears only after JavaScript runs, duplicate URLs from filters, wrong canonicals, pages Google knows but never visits.

Both are technical, and both are fixed in code, not in a PDF report. Most AI crawlers do not run JavaScript at all, so the same fixes also decide whether ChatGPT or Perplexity can read your pages.

How it works, step by step

  1. Measure

PageSpeed, Core Web Vitals field data where available, real device checks and the Search Console page indexing report.

  2. Find the real causes

LCP element, render-blocking CSS and JS, layout shifts, heavy effects, duplicate URLs, canonical and noindex mistakes.

  3. Fix in your code

Pull requests to your Next.js or React repository: images, fonts, critical CSS, script loading, rendering mode, metadata.

  4. Show before and after

The same measurements after the fixes, so you see what changed and by how much.

What it does not do (and when a human steps in)

  • No redesign unless you ask. The goal is the same site, faster.
  • No guaranteed score. No honest developer can promise one; we show before and after numbers.
  • No changes without review. Everything comes as pull requests you can read and approve.

What it connects to

  • Next.js
  • React
  • Vercel
  • Cloudflare
  • Google Search Console
  • PageSpeed Insights
  • Lighthouse

We connect only through official APIs and only to what we check during scoping. Product names are used to describe integrations.

How much does it cost?

From $150 for the basic package on Contra. Fixed price, agreed scope, no hourly surprises.

PackagePriceWhat you get
Audit$150Audit of 1 page type with a prioritised fix list.
Fix$350Fixes in your code on up to 3 page types.
Fix and report$700Fixes on up to 8 page types, a before and after report and a Search Console check.

Available as a fixed-price service on Contra. We need access to your repository (or a copy) and a staging environment if you have one. Other stacks than Next.js and React: message us first.

Bigger or custom scope? Send us two or three sentences about the process and we will reply with a fixed quote. Your AI model and API costs are paid directly by you, so you always see them.

How we work together

  1. Scope: a short call or a few messages. We agree what the agent does, what it connects to and what “done” means.
  2. Build at a fixed price: through Contra, with milestones you can review. We test on your real examples before handover.
  3. Handover: you get the code, the setup guide and the keys in your own accounts. Ongoing maintenance is optional and quoted separately.

Compliance and house rules

  • Your code, your repository: changes as reviewable pull requests, no lock-in.
  • Access: least-privilege access to the repository and hosting, removed after the project.

What our claims are based on

In our own app, technical SEO took the number of pages indexed by Google from 67 to 185 in under 5 weeks (5 languages), and speed work took mobile PageSpeed from 86 to 95 and LCP from 3.8 s to 1.2 s, without a redesign or a new framework. The biggest wins were a background animation that forced constant repaints on mobile and a headline animated with JavaScript instead of CSS.

This site scores 100 in Lighthouse for performance, accessibility, best practices and SEO.

Frequently asked questions

Why is Google not indexing my pages?

Most often because of duplicate URLs (for example from product filters), weak internal linking, wrong canonical or noindex tags, a slow server, or pages that add nothing new. The Search Console page indexing report shows which one it is.

What are Core Web Vitals?

Google’s user experience metrics: LCP (how fast the main content appears), INP (how fast the page reacts) and CLS (how much the layout jumps). They are measured on real users’ devices.
