A daily report puts all of it in one place before your first coffee. The numbers come from rules, not from a language model, so the report still arrives if the AI is down; the model at most rewrites the to-do list in plain language.

What it does not do (and when a human steps in)
- It does not order stock or refund anyone. It reports and suggests; a person acts.
- It does not message your customers. The report is only for you and your team.
- It does not guess causes. If the same product comes back twice, it says “check the batch”, not why.

How we work together
- Scope: a short call or a few messages. We agree what the agent does, what it connects to and what “done” means.
- Build at a fixed price: through Contra, with milestones you can review. We test on your real examples before handover.
- Handover: you get the code, the setup guide and the keys in your own accounts. Ongoing maintenance is optional and quoted separately.
Compliance and house rules
- Your data stays in your accounts. API keys live in your environment, not in our notes.
- GDPR: only the data the report needs; customer personal data is left out of summaries where possible.
- Human decisions: anything that moves money stays with a person.
What our claims are based on
The 7 a.m. report is a working demo on made-up data from a bike shop: the same rules calculate sales, stock and parcels as in a client deployment. In our own app we run similar mechanisms every day: an alert that tracks AI model changes and a guard agent that returns GO or NO-GO before every deployment, backed by 1,800+ tests.

Can it combine several sales channels?
Yes, that is the main point: store, marketplace and stock in one message, per channel and in total.
Do we need AI for this?
Not for the numbers. They come from rules, so the report works even if the model is down. AI only turns the to-do list into plain language.
